Credit Card payments are now available for\u00a0Verified Customers<\/strong>\u00a0on our website. If this is your first time making a purchase, you will only be able to check out using the E-Transfer payment method until you become a Verified Customer.<\/p>

How to Verify Your Account<\/h2>

New Customers<\/h3>

The process for becoming a verified customer is simple. Simply complete one successful order on our website using E-Transfer, and you will automatically become a Verified Customer.<\/p>

Our system will automatically send you an email notifying you of your account verification, and notify you that you have unlocked credit card payments.<\/p>

Existing Customers<\/h3>

If you are already an existing customer and you have at least one completed order, then your account will automatically be verified. Make sure that you log in to your existing account before checking out, and you\u2019ll see the option for using credit card payments at checkout.<\/p>

IMPORTANT: Billing Information<\/h2>

After you have completed your payment, you will recieve an automated email with important information for your credit card bill. This automated email will inform you of three important things:<\/p>

  1. Our\u00a0Billing Descriptor<\/strong>, this is what you will see as our company name on your credit card bill.\u00a0Please make sure that you keep this for your records<\/strong>\u00a0to remove confusion when your credit card bill arrives.<\/li>
  2. Your transaction ID. This ID is different than your order number, and is used for matching your credit card transaction to our backend software.\u00a0If you ever have an issue with your credit card bill, please contact our support and provide your order number and transaction ID.<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Your total amount charged for your purchase<\/li><\/ol>

    Please make sure that you make note of all three of these items. If you ever have any issues with your credit card payment, please\u00a0contact our support<\/a>\u00a0first before calling your credit card processor.     Credit Card Processing Fees<\/h2>
